All estimates are valid for 30 days. Pricing is based on the scope of work outlined in your estimate. Any changes to the scope, including unforeseen structural issues or additional materials, may affect the final price. We will provide a revised estimate before proceeding with any changes. Roofing demand can fluctuate, so we recommend scheduling your roof inspection promptly.
Eastbay Roof Ers stands behind our work with a comprehensive warranty. We offer a workmanship guarantee on all labor for a period of five years. Manufacturer warranties on materials, such as metal roofing or asphalt shingles, are passed directly to you. We are an accredited business and BBB accredited, ensuring your peace of mind. Payment is due as outlined in your contract. A deposit may be required to secure your project start date. Final payment is due upon completion and your satisfaction with the work. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments. Late payments may incur additional fees. Our address line and address street are listed on your invoice.
You may cancel services within three business days of signing your contract, subject to a cancellation fee covering any materials already ordered. Cancellations after this period may result in forfeiture of your deposit. We will work with you to reschedule if needed, but please note that roofing demand is high, and we reserve the right to adjust timelines.
Eastbay Roof Ers is not liable for consequential damages arising from delays, weather, or unforeseen site conditions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
